Lathamus Keep is the world champion blue gum (Eucalyptus globulus). It’s not just a Tree Portrait but also an icon of what we are still losing here in Tasmania. Our campaign to save this tree from logging has led us and the Tasmanian big tree community into an empowering space. Together we discovered this area holds 76 trees over 4m in diameter and since our successful campaign to update the Giant Tree Policy all of these trees are now officially protected.

“The beauty of your Tree Portraits is that the giants will continue to grow and it feels like my print will grow with it. Thank you so much, I love it.”
